through software development
Full-Stack Tech Lead & Engineering Manager — fintech, real-time systems and applied AI. Currently leading a 10-engineer AI-native team at Grupo Traxion; previously Microsoft Teams.
About Me
Engineering leader with 7+ years of software engineering, almost all of them as a tech lead or manager — from co-founding the engineering team at Duelazo, to leading enterprise engagements at Softtek (Aeroméxico, Digital FEMSA, BBVA), to shipping real-time features at Microsoft Teams, to directing an AI-native team at Grupo Traxion today.
I've optimized everything from microservices to the coffee maker — lately with AI agents doing a lot of the heavy lifting. I love building teams from zero, shipping in regulated environments and keeping products alive after launch.
